Most steakhouses are all smoke and mirrors. Multi-million dollar build-outs, fancy service, wooden chairs but cheap meat. They shy away from disclosing beef programs and even beef grading.
The Wagyu Bar is a casual steakhouse with a focus on the actual steak. No Smoke, No Mirrors, Just Meat N’ Bone.
All of our beef is sourced from Meat N’ Bone, one of the world’s finest butchers.
In February 2021, The Wagyu Bar's Kansas (Bone-in New York Strip Steak) was named The Miami Herald's "Indulge Magazine" Top 25 dishes to try.
